Items, access and assistance will appear in easy-to-review cards. If you remember two more boxes or need to correct an address, you'll be able to update the request without starting again.
Before confirming, you'll review the summary, price, terms and available time window. Software will check the service details, with human support where needed.
We want support to continue during the move and after delivery: coordination with the professional, tracking and somewhere to turn if anything changes or remains unresolved.

The sofa you've found, a shop purchase or a piece of furniture moving to another home. We'll prepare the move between homes or to and from shops, with the information and assistance needed.
Minimove
For the contents of a room, a few pieces of furniture or a small load in one trip. We'll review the full load to arrange compatible vehicle capacity and equipment.
Recycling-point transport
For collecting items you need taken to an authorised destination. The planned service requires lawful transport and confirmed acceptance of the items. You can also check whether your municipality offers a free alternative.

We're preparing to launch across the Community of Madrid. Today you can explore the project and sign up for updates; transport bookings aren't available on this website yet. Service availability will be checked for each request and time window before confirmation.
We'll prepare assistance around the items and access at collection and delivery: stairs, lifts and passage space. Checking those details for the full load will help assess equipment and safe handling before confirmation. Assembly, disassembly and installation are outside the initial launch.
A photo will help describe the item. Dimensions, weight, route, access and assistance will also be needed: an image alone does not certify those details or safety. Software will apply service rules and show price and terms before confirmation, with human review where needed.
You'll be able to update the request before confirming, keeping information that remains valid. If the change affects the move, the summary, price, availability and terms will be reviewed so you accept the updated service.
Acceptance depends on the item and destination. The planned service requires lawful transport and an authorised destination that accepts the load; not all municipal sites accept professional deliveries. We'll check those conditions for each service. A free municipal collection option may be available.
A small load compatible with one trip, the vehicle, access and available equipment. It's not a full-service house move and doesn't include a second trip. Urgent transport is also outside the initial launch.
